Last updated June 4, 2026 [email protected]

This Privacy Policy explains how Rlly, Inc. ("Rlly," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit rlly.ai and our related marketing pages (the "Site"), join a waitlist, request a demo, apply to the Design Partner Program, or otherwise interact with us through the Site.

Rlly, Inc. is a Delaware corporation located at 530 Lawrence Expy PMB 925, Sunnyvale, CA 94085.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site. It does not apply to data that Rlly processes on behalf of a customer within the Rlly product or hosted services, which is governed by the applicable customer agreement and DPA. It also does not apply to third-party sites or services we link to.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you join a waitlist, book or request a demo, apply to the Design Partner Program, or contact us, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, work email address, company name, role, and the contents of your message or application.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

Information from third parties. We may receive limited information from our service providers (for example, our demo-booking and form tools) and from publicly available sources, such as business contact details, to help us respond to and qualify inquiries.

We do not intend to collect special categories of sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not submit any through Site forms.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries, process waitlist signups, schedule demos, and evaluate Design Partner applications;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • send you administrative messages and, where permitted, marketing communications about Rlly (you can opt out at any time);
  • understand how the Site is used and measure the effectiveness of our content and campaigns;
  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, security and content delivery, and analytics. The Site currently uses, among others:

  • Google (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) for usage analytics and tag management;
  • Cloudflare for content delivery, security, and performance.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you are in a region that requires consent for non-essential cookies (such as the EEA or UK), we will obtain consent through a cookie banner before setting those cookies.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information in these circumstances:

  • Service providers (subprocessors). With vendors who process information on our behalf to operate the Site, such as analytics, content delivery, demo scheduling, and email. Based on the current Site, these include Google (analytics/tag management), Cloudflare (CDN/security), and HubSpot (demo booking and related communications).
  • Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or government requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rlly, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • With your direction or consent. When you ask us to share, or otherwise consent.

6. Your Choices

  • Marketing. Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting [email protected].
  • Cookies. Control or disable cookies through your browser and, where offered, our cookie banner.
  • Access and deletion. Request access to or deletion of your information as described in Sections 8 and 9.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to inquiries, maintain waitlist and program records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Your Rights (California / CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the "CCPA"), gives you the right to:

  • know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
  • request deletion of your personal information;
  • correct inaccurate personal information; and
  • not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Use of analytics and advertising cookies can, under the CCPA, be treated as "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, you may use our cookie controls and broadcast an opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control), which we will honor where required.

To exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. You may use an authorized agent.

9. Your Rights (EEA / UK / GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Our legal bases for processing are: your consent (for example, marketing and non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests in operating and promoting the Site (balanced against your rights); the performance of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; and compliance with legal obligations.

Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information collected through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Visitors

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own.

13. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party sites and services (such as our demo booking page and social platforms). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
